Index / 01 — Story
A machine shop that binds books.
Arcline started as a print-shop side project: engineers and binders who wanted sneakers built with the same registration, the same tolerance, the same finite run. Every pair is numbered. Every drop is archived when gone.

Index / 02 — Materials
What we put into it.
Three material families, each spec'd like a print run: tolerances tight, sources narrow, waste minimal.
Full-Grain Leather
European tannery hides, vegetable retanned, 1.4–1.6mm thickness. Aged in-house for 30 days before cutting.
Lot Yield: ~110 Pairs
Dual-Density Rubber
Outer cupsole for abrasion. Inner foam carrier for rebound. Compression-molded together in one press cycle.
Lug Depth: 5mm
Letterpress Ink
The same pigment mix we use on hang tags and tongue stamps. UV-stable, matte, slightly imperfect at the edges.
Finish: Matte / Opaque
